Course overview
This course gives participants an introduction to and understanding of commercial awareness, leadership, communication skills, teamwork, career planning, performance and people, time management, and handling conflict.
It helps participants to build their knowledge, competence, and confidence in these areas so that they are clear about their own strengths and how best to work with others and achieve real results.
