Organisations are always on the lookout for intelligent employees who can keep their business ticking over and complete vital administrative tasks that keep things running smoothly.

Becoming qualified in this area will help you to find work within an office or business setting. Although some job roles will include administrative tasks, particular roles place a heavy emphasis on Administration, meaning that having a specialist qualification in this area is necessary. Some businesses will require a deeper understanding of Administration than others, with larger companies typically requiring the most skilled administrative staff.

What Does an Administrator Do?

Organisation and efficiency are two key skill areas that Administrators will rely on every day in their job. Administrators will be expected to manage and distribute information, manage meetings and schedules and assist clients and customers who interact with the business. Depending on the specific role, those working in Administration may find the scope of their role grow or take on additional responsibilities.
