Entry requirements
You don’t need any previous finance experience to enrol in this online course. However, it’s best suited to those with some bookkeeping experience or have completed the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping or Accounting.
To take the AAT Level 3 Certificate in Bookkeeping course, you must be over 19, and if English isn’t your first language, you’ll need an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent. Students must also have access to Microsoft Word and Excel to complete the course.

You’ll be assessed through two computer-based AAT exams sat at your local AAT centre.
