Importing can present complications including managing long-distance relationships, organising international transport and ensuring customs clearance.

Successful importing requires an understanding of customs rules and procedures, a lack of which can cause importers to incur unnecessary costs and delays in arrival of goods.

This in-depth advanced training will support importers to gain this knowledge, building on the ‘Introduction to Importing’ course. It goes in-depth into the detail of customs compliance, import documentation, duty relief schemes and payment methods.
