The qualifications require managers and leaders to build on their strategic management and leadership skills and to focus on the requirements of embedding the organisation’s strategy.

Assessment
Assessment is via practical work-based assignments.
Delivery
This programme is delivered via executive coaching and online learning. Due to the flexible nature of the programme, students can enrol at any time and complete it at their own pace.
Subjects
CMI Level 7 Award in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring – Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 6 credits. The Total Qualification Time is 60 hours.
CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring – Learners need to complete any combination of units to a minimum of 13 credits. The Total Qualification Time is 130 hours.
CMI Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring – Learners need to complete all Group A units and any combination of units to a minimum of 7 credits from Group B. The Total Qualification Time is 460 hours.
NB – Only Unit 7019 is supported by the Academy. Students who choose alternative Units will need to resource these themselves.
