Course overview
This course contextualises the importance of aligning the operations strategy to the overall organisational strategy, and details the key planning techniques employed to achieve effective resource management within operations. It leads participants through the key approaches to understanding and assessing key operations deliverables, and also incorporates effective change management within operations.
This course also explores the effective allocation and management of organisational resources including: Financial, Time, and Human Resources. It expands to incorporate effective risk management and the importance of building a resilient operations strategy that is capable of coping with a range of changes and risks.
The course will wrap with a summary of the key learning points, followed by an action planning exercise with a view to applying the acquired knowledge and skills immediately upon your return to work. Post-course support is also available in relation to the implementation of your action plan, up to six (6) months following course completion.
